In my many Years of trance work, practice and research,  I came across a quote by NOAM CHOMSKY, who is  a Professor Emeritus (Institute Professor & Professor of Linguistics) at Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT)

In a public speech he said “The smart way to keep people passive and obedient is to strictly limit the spectrum of acceptable opinion, but allow very lively debate within that spectrum”

When we have a deep look into that very statement, we come possibly to a very fascinating field of the human MIND and its ability, to decode information and create perception. We are, what our PERCEPTION allows us to be”.   … let that sink in folks…

perception affects our health

So when you start the new Year with all kinds of “New Year’s Resolutions and possibly discover by end of  January 2014, that you have had a hard time (again) sticking to your resolutions.  Well, that’s when the “autopilot” or the basic introduced programming (Perception) took over again. And that is one of the biggest challenges living at the beginning of Y 2014, because we get bombarded or even sledge hammered with all kinds of external influences that want to keep us within the “acceptable opinion” that our mind is used to following.

As we all know, one of the greatest challenges in life is being yourself in an environment that tries to make us like everyone else. But what we don’t realize is that the personal cost to ourselves is very high when we live by false perceptions and deny our true feelings.  The latest Nobel prize awarded to James Rothman, Randy Schekman, Thomas Sudhof for their groundbreaking research on cellular behaviour and information transportation, sheds more light on Mind’s & BRAIN’s  abilities to communicate within the system, using “vesicles” which act like a fleet of ships transporting their ideas and our perceptions to parts of our brain and body organs and systems.  What this means is that your body is directly being affected on a cellular level by your thoughts. The outcome of their studies and scientific evidence is crucial to understand how and in what way the human Mind/ brain communicates information and how important it is to understand how our thinking, aka our perception is reflected in our physical, mental, and spiritual health.

We had a fantastic Year 2013 here at Angel Hands Wellness Clinic. The best for me personally is, to work in a team of highly professional trained and performing practitioners and within that incredible complete positive work environment and energy. We were able to touch, help and change many lives with great feedback about personal growth and expansion or healing.

From the bottom of my heart I wish the Founders Giselle and Mihael all the best for the Y2014 and want to thank the Universe, that we got connected.
